Pink Poppy Flowers

This project examines the wellbeing of refugee students in higher education, focusing on emotional safety, academic adjustment, social belonging and access to institutional support. It considers how displacement, uncertainty and educational transition shape students’ everyday university experiences and crowd sources ideas on overcoming these.

PRA supports small businesses, community organisations and emerging projects through branding and design consultancy. This includes visual identity development, brand positioning, communication materials and practical design guidance, helping organisations communicate their ideas clearly, strengthen recognition and build a more consistent and engaging public presence.

Research Projects

Pink Poppy Flowers

This research explores young people's perspectives, expectations and aspirations for their educational journeys through co-production. Working collaboratively with participants, we examined the next generation's hopes from higher education and how institutions can better respond to these needs.

This project proposed inclusion programmes to Goldsmiths and Brunel University aimed at welcoming marginalised groups into the university experience through taster sessions over a 6 week period. Reaching out to local community groups and schools we welcomed students from diverse backgrounds to trail the subjects at university levels.

Pink Poppy Flowers

This project explores how small businesses and community-based enterprises develop within local social and economic contexts. It focuses on organisational identity, early-stage growth, audience understanding and the role of local networks in supporting sustainable development.

Local Enterprise

Pink Poppy Flowers

This project examines how small businesses communicate their value, identity and social relevance to wider audiences. It considers branding, public-facing communication, stakeholder engagement and the translation of informal ideas into clearer organisational narratives.

Refugee Support, Local Governance and Service Coordination

Pink Poppy Flowers

This forthcoming project will examine how refugee support organisations and local government stakeholders can collaborate more effectively to improve access to services, communication pathways and community-based support systems for displaced populations.
