Refugee Student Wellbeing in Higher Education

This project examines the wellbeing of refugee-background students in higher education, focusing on emotional safety, academic adjustment, social belonging and access to institutional support. It considers how displacement, uncertainty and educational transition shape students’ everyday university experiences.

Belonging, Identity and Educational Inclusion

This research explores young people's perspectives, expectations and aspirations for their educational journeys through co-production. Working collaboratively with participants, we examined the next generation's hopes from higher education and how institutions can better respond to these needs. The findings provided research-informed insights to support the design of more inclusive and student-centred programmes and educational experiences.
